Thao Lor appeals from a judgment entered after a jury convicted him of three counts of second-degree sexual assault of a child, three counts of child enticement, three counts of soliciting a child for prostitution, and one count of first-degree sexual assault, as a party to the crime. He argues that: (1) the trial court erroneously exercised discretion in allowing other acts evidence; (2) the trial court erroneously instructed the jury on the soliciting a child for prostitution counts; (3) the evidence was insufficient to support his conviction on the counts of soliciting a child for prostitution; and (4) the evidence was insufficient to support his conviction for his second-degree sexual assault of Amber L. We affirm.
