1. Tony Longmire appeals a judgment of conviction for theft by contractor. As part of its sentence, the court ordered him to pay $34,985 in restitution, an amount which Longmire moved to reduce. He also appeals the courts order denying his post-conviction motion. Longmire claims the amount of restitution ordered is excessive because he was denied an offset for contract work that was completed and because it includes expenses not authorized by the restitution statute, Wis. Stat. § 973.20 (2001-02).
